Privacy Policy
Effective
This policy explains what personal information AnswerPrism collects, why it is used, who may process it, and the choices available to you.
1. Scope
This policy applies when you visit the AnswerPrism website, submit a website form, communicate with AnswerPrism, or take part in a prospective or active client engagement. A client agreement may include additional privacy and confidentiality terms.
2. Information We Collect
When you book a call or contact AnswerPrism, we collect the details you choose to provide. These may include your name, email, business, website, category, competitors, and project context.
Hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser information, request time, and error or security logs.
This website does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural advertising, or a third-party analytics service. If that changes, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.
3. How We Use Information
AnswerPrism uses personal information to:
- respond to inquiries and recommend an appropriate starting scope;
- prepare proposals and deliver agreed services;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
- maintain appropriate business, tax, and contractual records; and
- meet legal obligations and protect AnswerPrism, its clients, and others.
AnswerPrism does not sell personal information or use contact-form details for third-party advertising.
4. Public-Source Research
Client services may analyze publicly accessible company, publication, directory, review, community, and answer-engine information within an agreed scope. AnswerPrism does not use this work to build consumer profiles or make decisions about a person’s eligibility, employment, credit, health, or insurance.
5. When Information Is Shared
Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, security, email delivery, communication, billing, research, and project delivery. The contact form uses an email-delivery provider to send your submission to AnswerPrism. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their role.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. AnswerPrism does not permit service providers to use submitted information for their own advertising.
6. Processing Outside Your Region
Service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries where they operate. Information processed elsewhere may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. AnswerPrism selects providers with appropriate privacy and security commitments for the work they perform.
7. Retention
Unsuccessful or inactive inquiry records are generally deleted within 24 months after the last communication. Client records may be kept longer when needed to provide services, maintain contractual or tax records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting and security provider’s operating schedule.
8. Security
AnswerPrism uses reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information. These include limiting access, keeping email-service credentials on the server, validating form submissions, and using providers that support encrypted transmission. No online system can promise absolute security.
9. Your Choices And Rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. You may also ask how information has been used or shared. Some records may need to be retained where permitted or required by law.
Send a request to hello@answerprism.com. AnswerPrism may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also contact the privacy regulator in your jurisdiction if you believe a concern has not been resolved.
10. Children
The website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. AnswerPrism does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
